Securitaly srl is the national support center for iAccess products. The after-sales service offered is a sign of quality and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and the proper functioning of the purchased product.
All iAccess products come with a 24-month warranty period, extendable up to 5 years.
Warranty Extension
The warranty for some iAccess products can be extended at the time of purchase.
The standard warranty is 2 years, with extensions available to 3 or 5 years.
The cost of the iAccess warranty extension varies depending on the type of product you are purchasing.
The warranty extension service is the best way to protect your purchased product for up to 5 years at a low cost.
Product Return
- Dead on Arrival (DOA). If the purchased device does not work within 8 days of arrival, it will be replaced free of charge.
- Repair within the standard warranty period, 24 months. Transport costs are shared between the parties: you will pay the shipping costs to the Securitaly support laboratory, and Securitaly will pay the return shipping costs. If the defect is due to negligent use, lack of cleaning, or failure to follow the precautions indicated in the user manual, a fixed fee of €22.00 excluding VAT will be charged, payable upon return of the product.
- Repair after the warranty period, 24 months. The repair cost and shipping costs are entirely at your expense.
- Device updates. Only if the product is returned to our laboratory, you will pay an amount quoted by our office to cover the service provided.
How to Return the Product to Customer Service
Before filling out the online RMA form, make sure you have the model and serial number, which are required to open any return request.
