What Is MePA?

The Electronic Marketplace of the Italian Public Administration, MePA, is a digital marketplace where authorized public administrations can purchase goods and services offered by approved suppliers for amounts below the EU threshold.
Securitaly is present on the Public Administration Marketplace and offers its security products there, appearing in almost all enabled MePA tenders.

What Can Be Purchased?

You can purchase any product available on our website, provided it is compatible with the product categories available on MePA.

How Can You Purchase on MePA?

You can purchase through the MePA portal — www.acquistinretepa.it — by searching for the product using the Securitaly code, starting a Direct Negotiation, or opening a tender procedure and inviting us to participate.

What Should You Do If a Securitaly Product Cannot Be Found on MePA?

Simply ask our team to publish the requested products by emailing:

Product publication times are quick, and you will be notified once publication has been completed.

Correct Order Entry on the MePA Portal

The requirements for correctly entering an order are as follows:

  • Indication of the unique reference code
  • Indication of your order reference
  • Indication of the CIG and CUP codes, where required
  • Contact person acting as the ordering point
  • VAT exemption percentage, if applicable, with the related exemption code
  • Notes field available to highlight any specific requirements
