Quality and Environmental Policy
Securitaly operates as a multi-business company, selling and renting security products and software while combining service efficiency, high product quality, and compliance with product, environmental, and safety regulations.
This policy, in line with the company’s vision and mission, defines the commitments for sustainable growth over time, with the aim of guaranteeing customer satisfaction, achieving carbon neutrality, and strengthening the resilience of the managed service system for the benefit of stakeholders and the local ecosystem, supporting a fair transition.
SECURITALY’s objectives, through the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System shared with employees and partners, are as follows:
- • To play a leading role in the energy transition towards carbon neutrality, by upgrading its infrastructure, promoting energy from renewable sources, and developing technological and behavioural actions aimed at reducing direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions;
- • To implement concrete actions focused on climate change mitigation, pursuing responsible management of natural resources and adopting measures aimed at reducing the environmental impacts resulting from its direct and indirect activities;
- • To promote the growth of a culture focused on health and safety, quality, circular economy, and innovation at all organizational levels, also through the involvement of suppliers, customers, and partners, encouraging staff skills development and increasing responsibility and awareness of each individual’s role;
- • To pursue continuous improvement in the quality of the products and services offered, as well as in internal organizational and technical capabilities;
- • To ensure continuous monitoring and compliance with current legislation and applicable requirements;
- • To encourage the purchase of efficient and sustainable services and products from suppliers committed to respecting environmental sustainability values in their production processes;
- • To meet the expectations of customers and interested parties, including employees, customers, and the community.
With this Policy, Securitaly undertakes to:
- • Promote the purchase of efficient and sustainable services and products, evaluating suppliers also in relation to their commitment to the objectives of this Policy;
- • Continuously improve internal processes through the implementation of a Management System capable of identifying potential issues in advance by monitoring the results of each individual business process;
- • Periodically assess the professional level and qualifications of staff and resellers in order to verify that they possess the skills and requirements needed to meet customer expectations;
- • Encourage the initiative of employees and collaborators, support their professional growth, and ensure productive and positive professional relationships;
- • Listen carefully to customers in order to gather information regarding proactive responses to their requests;
- • Develop and maintain a Management System as a tool to achieve objectives, meet commitments, promote continuous improvement of business processes in terms of service quality and environmental impact, and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements for related products and services;
- • Adopt a method for assessing and analysing risks and opportunities connected to internal and external factors, in order to reduce environmental impact while monitoring the context and community in which the company operates.
Management undertakes to provide the human and technical resources, specialist expertise, technologies, and financial resources required for the adoption of the Management System.
Management is involved in respecting and implementing the commitments contained in this Policy, ensuring and periodically verifying that it is documented, active, reviewed, communicated to all personnel, and transparent to all interested parties.
