What is iAccess i985 V3?

iAccess i985 V3 is a biometric employee time clock attendance tracking device with biometric access control through fingerprint recognition, RFID technology and Wi-Fi connectivity. Employees, using the fingerprint of their index finger, for example, can record clock-in and clock-out times from the workplace, or alternatively by using the included RFID badge or personal password.

The biometric time clock i985 V3 is supplied with the exclusive employee time management software Time Studio (No User Limitations, Unlimited License and No Additional Fees), valid for activating a Time Studio account usable from a single PC workstation, through which it is possible to monitor with just a few simple clicks:

How do I install and configure iAccess i985 V3?

After proceeding with the wall installation of the time clock (using the included bracket and anchors), iAccess i985 V3 must be powered through electricity (power supply included) and connected to the company LAN network, if available. Following a few quick steps, through the included iAccess TimeStudio^® software, employee profiles must be created and then uploaded to the device via LAN network or USB flash drive.
Once completed, the iAccess i985 V3 biometric time clock can recognize employees and record their attendance.
