Securitaly guarantees safety at the Rome Marathon

Securitaly and in particular the iAccess division, by virtue of its consolidated experience in major international events, took care - last 19 September - of the safety of the 26th edition of the Rome Marathon (departure at dawn from the Fori Imperiali).

In particular, the Cesenatico-based company provided metal detectors for the control of the 7500 participants and, as part of the strategies to combat Covid-19, also made available its thermoscanners for temperature measurement of competitors and all members of the organization.

"It was a strenuous but challenging effort - explains Stefano della Chiesa - because our devices were tested on a large number of people (7500) who had to be checked in a relatively short time frame.

Despite this, both the metal detectors and our thermal scanners have worked with great efficiency confirming, even in such a challenging context, their performance and their reliability".
