With Time Studio A500, user profile management is handled in an intuitive and centralised way within the Time Studio system.
Once the licence is activated, you can add up to 500 additional users, configuring customised access levels, working hours and specific restrictions for each profile.

From the administration panel, operators can create, edit or remove profiles in just a few clicks, assigning roles and permissions based on business needs.

Thanks to its user-friendly interface, you can monitor access in real time and generate detailed reports for attendance tracking and security management.

How can employee clock-ins be managed?

Remote clock-in authorisation in the cloud can be handled automatically or manually via the software. Clock-ins can be geolocated via OpenStreetMap, and job code synchronisation occurs automatically between the software and the cloud. All records are stored on iAccess servers for up to 90 days.
