What is iAccess ScanPASS?
ScanPASS® is a system for Access Control and people counting inside environments with a high flow of people.
Suitable only for indoor environments, supervision is carried out through a system made up of optical sensors that record people entering and exiting.
ScanPASS® is an Advanced Control module that interacts with the sensors via data connection and the included software, allowing:
- Detection of the number of people inside closed environments
- Waiting signal at the entrance when the number of people inside the premises is equal to the set threshold.
In addition, a visual traffic light indicates the occupancy status or access availability of the premises.
Ideal for measuring how many people can enter a room or stay inside a specific area
Installing and configuring ScanPASS
The ScanPASS Access Control system consists of
- infrared sensors
- control unit
and the warning signal can be positioned near building entrances, while each element can be connected to the central administration software.
Installation and configuration are simple and fast. You only need to identify the ideal positions for placing the sensors that detect people passing through and connect the control unit to the data network.
